C&O SD40 No. 7551 was assigned to the yard job, and was working momentarily in front of the old concrete coaling tower at Peach Creek Yard in Logan, WV on May 19, 1979.
The Chesapeake & Ohio doing its thing -- moving coal! In this case, the SD40 has four B&O four-axle units for help.
